In August and September 2009, David Zehren of Zehren Friedman Associates presented two classes, each of which covered two evenings a week apart.
The first class, Effective Presentations, was a skill-building seminar designed for people presenting one-on-one, in small group and/or large group settings. It focused on two major issues: How to organize a presentation and how to deliver it. Class capacity was intentionally limited so that everyone would have a chance to give multiple presentations. Eight lucky club members attended the class, which sold out less than 90 minutes after registration was opened.
The second class, Successful Negotiating Skills, concentrated on negotiating processes and behaviors, providing a variety of tools designed to achieve successful outcomes. Exercises and role plays gave everyone a chance to practice what they learned. Due to overwhelming demand, we expanded capacity for this sold-out class to twenty people.
